Batatas recheadas

:) DOWN BELLOW IS THE RECIPE IN ENGLISH :)

salsa picada q.b.
sal q.b
paprika q.b.
mistura de pimentas q.b.
3 colheres de sopa de leite de soja natural
4 colheres de sopa de margarina vegetal

1. Lavar bem as batatas e secar.

8. Vai novamente ao forno cerca de 20 minutos.

9. Estão prontas! :)

Stuffed potatoes

For centuries I had been thinking to make stuffed potatoes, but always thought today is not a good idea because it takes a long time!
But it was not so long as I thought and came out delicious!
Give a visual spectacular to your lunch / dinner! Good to impress someone! : D

Ingredients:

6 Potatoes (the amount you want to do is fine! Small and fat are better because skinny and long do not work very good at this recipe)
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 tablespoon olive oil
chopped parsley
salt
paprika
mixture of peppers
3 tablespoons natural soy milk
4 tablespoons margarine

1. Wash the potatoes well and dry. Wrap them in oil in order to make them "oiled".
2. Leave in the oven for 45 min at 200°C or until you can pierce the potatoes with a knife without offering great resistance (this means that they are cooked).
3. Once the potatoes are cooked, take the tray out with a cloth and hold the potato and cut it the "cap".
4. With a tablespoon remove the filling of potatoes to a bowl. Remove the filling being careful not to ruin the shape of the potato or tear the skin apart.
5. In the bowl where you have the filling of all the potatoes crumble with a fork and add the seasonings and 3 tbsp of the margarine and the soy milk.
6. After mixing well all the spices, refill the potatoes, taking care to put the "lid" of the potatoes in the bottom so that they become more firm and the filling will stay higher.
7. Melt 1 tablespoon margarine and brush over the potatoes. Sprinkle with paprika to taste.
8. Go back in the oven about 20 minutes.
9. They are ready! :)
