 Bienvenida España!
(0,59€ por refeição)

Bem vinda Espanha! :)

7. Juntar as cebolas, pimento e alhos já fritos e juntar a salsa.

8. Misturar bem.

Ingredientes:
  • 2 latas de tomate (0,8€)
  • 7 cebolas (1,58€)
  • 4 alhos (0,2€)
  • 2 colheres de sopa de azeite (0,079€)
  • 2 colheres de sopa de margarina (0,10€)
  • 2 colheres de sopa de farinha (0,05€)
  • 1 colher de sopa de maisena (0,04975)
  • 1 limão (0,26€)
  • sal
  • pimenta preta

Spinach and Tofu Vegan Lasagne
Ingredients list:
  • 2 cans of tomatoes
  • 7 onions
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp of margarine
  • 2 tbsp of all purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 lemon
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • 1,2Kg spinach
  • 500g tofu
  • soy sauce
  • garlic powder
  • bread crumbles
  • lasagne pasta
1)Boil the spinach(I did 1,2Kg of it but I made 3 big pans of lasagne) and the cauliflower(1 big). (Keep the water from it)
2)Hand mash the tofu in a bowl (season it like you prefer, I just put a bit of soy sauce and garlic powder).
3)Do your tomato sauce with 2 cans of tomatoes, 7 onions(cut in quarters), 4 garlic cloves(cut in half's), 2 tbsp olive oil. Just put all in a pot and mix so it dont burn, when the onion is transparent turn the heat off and process it in a food processor. It should be a creamy sauce not liquid.
4)Do your "White" sauce with 2 tbsp of vegan margarine, 2 tbsp of all purpose flour, juice from 1 lemon, 1 tbsp of cornstarch, 4 cups of the water where you boiled the spinach, a dash of salt, a dash of black pepper.
Put the vegan margarine in a pan let it heat a bit and mix with the flour and cornstarch until it makes a paste, then slowly add the cups of water where you boiled the spinach(in step1) and the lemon juice and stir so it dont have the lumps, put the salt and pepper to taste.
5)Start to put together your lasagne, first coat the pan(it should be squared one or rectangular and not oval, but if you dont have one dont sweat it I used one oval one too but you have to cut the pasta to fit better) with white sauce then put the lasagne pasta in it, then a little bit more of white sauce and add the boiled spinach, tofu and cauliflower, then tomato sauce, then repeat until you reach the edge of your pan and in the last layer you put a good amount of tomato sauce and then bread crumbles in it! It goes to the oven for 25 minutes. And there you have it the most delicious lasagne :D
